In alliance with Lippes Mathias and partner and former Erie County District Attorney John Flynn, our New York State team represents clients before state government agencies, the legislature, public authorities, and regulatory bodies, securing financial support, obtaining economic benefits, and negotiating or litigating disputes. The team has years of experience addressing regulatory issues and advising on compliance with lobbying laws, campaign finance regulations, procurement contracts, and interactions with municipal and state authorities.
