 Pattie_Paul_MMCA_web.jpgPattie Paul has a portfolio of governmental and regulatory contacts including leadership members who appreciate and value the solid relationship that exists based on trust and respect.    Those and other attributes have been instrumental in helping her build on her success as a member of Masiello, Martucci, Calabrese and Associates.  She has a deep working knowledge of the energy industry coupled with the ability to persuade and negotiate strategic objectives within a dynamic and evolving energy and political arena. Pattie has been involved with the energy industry for over 38 years.  She worked in several different areas at National Fuel Gas throughout her career with the company.  Her last 10 years there were spent in the government affairs arena developing, managing and advocating for positions on issues that affect National Fuel and its business before the New York State Legislature and Executive branch.  Pattie

Pattie graduated from Medaille College in Buffalo, N. Y., in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Resource Development and, in 2000, with a Masters of Business Administration Degree.   She has served on many boards, including the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, the Business Council of New York State Political Action Committee and the Niagara USA Chamber.   She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hamburg Industrial Development Agency and the Hamburg Land Development Corporation.   She has been a member of the Erie County Industrial Development Agency, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership Political Strategy Roundtable and the Energy Association.  Pattie also served on the Business Council’s Energy Steering Committee, the President’s Council and the Government Affairs Committee.

Working in collaboration with many outside business organizations who have the same end result in mind has opened many networks that continue to be valuable when working to communicate positions and priorities to lead in the direction of favorable results.   Active participation is imperative and Pattie is involved with many organizations statewide to ensure that the right message is getting out and success is achieved.  Coalition building is a beneficial tool when working to get the message out.

The Niagara USA Chamber honored Pattie with the President’s Award in 2007 and she received citations from several elected officials including Congressman Tom Reynolds and Senator George Maziarz.  In 2008 Business First of Buffalo awarded Pattie with the Women of Influence in Government and Public Policy Award.  She was also a trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission, watching out for Western New York with regard to budget and financial concerns.

Pattie and her husband, Chuck, are avid runners.  They both have completed several races and marathons across the country and overseas.   Some of their more memorable marathons were Boston, Chicago, and Paris.
